Dhaval Patel is an associate at Marcus & Millichap’s Toronto office specializing in the acquisitions and dispositions of gas stations, convenience stores and retail development land. Launching his commercial real estate career in 2015, Dhaval advocates building good relationships while providing the guidance and intel that drives his clients’ success with creative solutions to help their investment decisions. As a specialist, he works with various local and international clients, including private clients syndicators, corporations, developers, and family offices.

Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Dhaval was in the Gas and Food sector followed by a successful career as a multi site owner operator, including over 15 years with Petro Canada in Operations. With his expertise in the Ontario market, Dhaval has been able to utilize Marcus & Millichap’s best in class research and platform to help his clients preserve and create wealth.

Dhaval graduated from the Central Institute of Plastics Engineering & Technology earning his bachelor’s in Plastic Product Development and Mould Making.
