He is able to accomplish this by building a comprehensive and robust marketing process where he is able to create a competitive bidding environment and ultimately achieving the highest price, best deal terms, with the highest probability of close.

Nicholas has a thorough understanding of the current market, along with the challenges facing the industry and a keen ability to apply appropriate solutions. His approach to maximizing value for each client begins with his extensive understanding of market conditions that shape investment decisions. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Nicholas was involved with a variety of investors from Europe, the Middle East and East Africa, focusing on infrastructure and development. As such, he has acquired extensive knowledge and is fluent in a number of languages.
Over the years, Nicholas has conducted his business practice on the principles of integrity and transparency. He feels that advantageously positioning his client and putting their needs first, is always the best practice. His extensive travel experience has given him the ability to be creative, resourceful and an effective problem solver.
In his spare time, he enjoys cooking, travelling and spending time with his family.
