Patrick McEvay and James Blair have spent the past decade proudly serving apartment building owners across the province of British Columbia. Together they co-lead Marcus & Millichap’s MB Multifamily Group in the Vancouver office. Representing clients in hundreds of apartment building transactions in every region of the province, they have amassed over $1 billion of investment sales volume. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, James and Patrick spent 5 years as leading producers at a global real estate firm and several years prior at a boutique multifamily brokerage in Vancouver.
