A Queen’s University graduate, Amanda began her career in tenant representation in Toronto in 2018, initially focusing on the office and industrial sectors before transitioning into retail in 2020.

Moving to Vancouver and joining Marcus & Millichap in March of 2021, Amanda spent 4.5 years under the mentorship of two of Vancouver’s market-leading retail brokers. During this time, she contributed to over 400 transactions, gaining experience across every stage of the deal process – spanning new project launches, re-leasing and re-selling of existing assets along with tenant expansion, relocation and renewal strategies. This foundation has given her a comprehensive understanding of the retail landscape and the ability to navigate complex negotiations with confidence.

Today, Amanda works primarily alongside Jack Allpress and Robert Hamilton, representing a diverse roster of leading national and regional retailers as well as prominent landlords throughout British Columbia. Known for her analytical approach, creativity and collaborative style, she delivers strategies that align tenant growth with ownership objectives, driving long-term growth and lasting value for her clients.
