Armaan Sohi is an Investment Sales Associate at Marcus & Millichap, specializing in the acquisition and disposition of income-producing retail assets across Western Canada. Since joining the firm as an intern in 2021, he has advised on a range of transactions including net lease single-tenant assets and multi-tenant retail centres anchored by national tenants.
Recognized for his advisory-focused approach and deep understanding of the retail investment landscape, Armaan is a trusted partner to investors and property owners seeking strategic insight and market-driven opportunities. He has been entrusted with mandates in over 50 markets across B.C., Alberta, and Saskatchewan, developing strong market knowledge across both primary and secondary markets.
Armaan earned his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of British Columbia in 2020 and was named Marcus & Millichap’s Rookie of the Year in 2023.
