Having worked for Pfizer and Cadbury Canada for 6 years, and as an entrepreneur running his own wakeboarding business for 3 years, Boe has a well-honed understanding of retail and distribution fundamentals. With 13 years of experience in the acquisition, leasing, and disposition of industrial and office assets in the Lower Mainland, Boe understands and can advise not just on deal structure, but on the value of an asset to a client and their business over the long term. Boe believes it is a privilege to contribute to his clients’ success and is passionate about applying his strategic and analytical approach to that end.

Boe has a Bachelor of Economics from Simon Fraser University, has been a Trustee with the OK Tire Private Real Estate Trust since 2015, has won numerous sales distinctions throughout his career, and is the First Vice President of the Industrial Division at Marcus & Millichap, Vancouver.
