Braydon Hobbs is a licensed commercial real estate broker at Marcus & Millichap, specializing in industrial sales and leasing in the Fraser Valley and Metro Vancouver markets. He has a proven track record of successfully negotiating complex deals and achieving top-of-market results for his clients. Having gained a reputation as a trusted advisor and client advocate, representing owners, investors and tenants across a variety of industries, Braydon offers a strategic approach and in-depth understanding of the local industrial market.

Prior to his experience as an industrial real estate broker, Braydon had a career as a Chartered Accountant and CFO. He holds a degree in Urban Studies, a Diploma in Accounting, and a Chartered Accountant designation. He excelled while working in accounting, working at “Big 4” and mid-market firms, both locally and internationally, before working for a local property developer as their Director of Finance. Braydon currently only provides fractional CFO services to a small portfolio of private, reporting issuer, and public traded companies.
