Bruce Barrett has been a retail leasing specialist for more than two decades. Over this time he has had opportunity to work with and represent both tenants and landlords alike. He has assisted a diverse array of retailers, from small startups to major international corporations, helping them expand their retail foot print and presence across the province. Additionally, Bruce has managed the leasing of extensive retail portfolios for two of Canada’s largest retail REITs. This diverse background provides him with the experience and knowledge to understand what it takes to get a deal done. Working closely with his clients he uses this experience to identify leasing opportunities to help them achieve optimal results and growth. Bruce is a longstanding member of the International Council of Shopping Centres (ICSC).
