Curtis Leonhardt has been involved in commercial real estate for more than 14 years. Since joining Form Retail Advisors (now Marcus & Millichap), he’s focused on representing both buyers and sellers of income-producing retail assets and commercial land throughout AB & B.C. – executing on in excess of $650 million in sales in the last five years.
Over the last decade, Curtis has had the pleasure to work with both vendors and purchasers on the dispositions and acquisitions of shopping centres, anchored strip malls and plazas, mixed-use development sites, multifamily development land, and single-tenant assets.
