Davis Moore of Marcus & Millichap’s Toronto Office specializes in the acquisition and disposition of both single-tenant and multi-tenant commercial retail assets in the Durham Region. Davis acts in an advisory role, focusing on fostering positive relationships and trust with his clients, helping them gain a clear direction and plan for their assets. Mr. Moore is continually expanding his knowledge and expertise in the Durham Retail space to provide top-quality professional advisory services to all his clients.

Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Mr. Moore proudly attended Queen’s University, where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering. Realizing he wanted to take an entrepreneurial path in life, he diversified his knowledge through the Canadian Securities Course (CSC), gaining a stronger understanding of the financial markets before earning his real estate license.
