Gabriel Trempe holds degrees in Urban Planning as well as in Real Estate Development and Project Management from the University of Montreal. Before joining Marcus & Millichap, he accumulated over seven years of experience with leading real estate development firms, where he actively contributed to the delivery of major multi-residential projects across Montreal. This hands-on experience has given him in-depth knowledge of market dynamics, regulatory constraints, and the specific needs of developers, investors, and real estate promoters.

Gabriel has also been actively involved in the real estate community, serving as a committee member of the Young Ambassadors Network of the Urban Development Institute (UDI) from 2021 to 2025. Through this engagement, he built a strong strategic network within the Greater Montreal real estate ecosystem.

At Marcus & Millichap, Gabriel specializes in the acquisition and disposition of strategic real estate assets, with a focus on development land, redevelopment projects, repositioning opportunities, and income-generating properties.

Outside of his professional life, Gabriel is passionate about fitness and stands out as an elite golfer. A former member and captain of the Université de Montréal Carabins men’s golf team, he competed at a high level for several years
