George’s career in commercial real estate spans more than 18 years, where he’s recognized as a subject matter expert and has participated in some of the largest and most complex real estate transactions in the GMA, ranging from sale/leasebacks, site reorganizations/consolidation, built-to-suit office, industrial, and Life Science transactions for local and multinational clients. He has a proven success record in collaborating with clients to identify solutions to enable and execute their real estate strategies while respecting their budgetary requirements and reinforcing their corporate culture and obligations.

As a landlord representative, George has overseen an excess of 20 million square feet of commercial assets across multiple boroughs and averaged 50 leasing transactions per year. This was accomplished by building, nurturing, and leveraging his brokerage relationships and network to transform market strategies and business development leads into lucrative opportunities.

Without a doubt, George’s determination, resilience and “can do” attitude stems from his experience as a two-time cancer survivor. He is a strong believer in the cause to cure blood cancers and fundraises annually for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of Canada. LLSC’s mission is to cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin’s disease, and myeloma, and improve the quality of life of patients and their families.

George enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. He adheres to a healthy lifestyle and is an avid runner and cyclist.
