Isabelle Milligan is a results-driven sales professional with a strong track record of helping clients navigate the complexities of acquisitions and dispositions of multifamily properties and land in Western Canada. Isabelle combines her client-focused approach and deep understanding of market trends and property valuations to deliver tailored strategies that maximize value for investors. Starting her career at a national brokerage in 2021, Isabelle joined Institutional Property Advisors at the beginning of 2025 to work alongside the highly regarded team consisting of Bradley Gingerich, Bradyn Arth, Paul Chaput, Jane Pascal and Nicholas Cryans. Isabelle is actively involved in the local real estate community, currently sitting on the Board of Directors for Edmonton CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women).
