Joe specializes in retail investment assets and development land throughout Western Canada in addition to pre-construction strata commercial marketing and sales throughout Metro Vancouver. Joe holds a Diploma of Technology from British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT), having completed the Marketing Management Professional Real Estate Option in 2010. Shortly after graduating from BCIT, Joe began his career in commercial real estate at Colliers International and subsequently continued his career with Form Retail Advisors before it was strategically acquired by Marcus & Millichap in 2019.
Joe lives in North Vancouver and is married with three young boys and in his spare time enjoys many sports, spending time outdoors and maintaining an active lifestyle.
