John Vorsheck is senior vice president and division manager for Marcus & Millichap’s Western Division, which includes much of the west coast and Rocky Mountain states, as well as Alberta and British Columbia. Mr. Vorsheck supports our Canadian operations by acting as the supervising executive for our Vancouver and Edmonton offices.

Mr. Vorsheck joined Marcus & Millichap in 2006 as sales manager of the Newport Beach office. He was promoted to regional manager of the Las Vegas office in 2007, and to regional manager of San Diego in 2011. Five years later, he was elevated to district manager, overseeing the San Diego, Denver, Las Vegas and Phoenix offices.

Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Mr. Vorsheck was a top multifamily specialist at a commercial real estate firm where he was named Investment Broker Rookie of the Year. In addition, he played a key role in the start-up and development of a full service commercial real estate firm.

Mr. Vorsheck is a graduate of the University of Arizona, where he received a Bachelor of Arts in communications with a minor in business administration.
