Jordan Perlis is a seasoned real estate professional with over 19 years of experience in Quebec’s commercial real estate market. Currently serving as a Commercial Real Estate Advisor at Marcus & Millichap, Jordan specializes in office and industrial leasing as well as investment sales, providing clients with strategic, data-driven guidance tailored to their unique needs.

Jordan began his career at Colliers International in 2006, where he developed a thorough understanding of all asset classes while working closely with both tenants and landlords. His experience includes notable representation of institutional clients, such as Standard Life Investments, as well as private clients, allowing him to cultivate a nuanced approach that addresses the distinct requirements of each segment.

After joining Vantage Realty Group in 2014, Jordan focused on tenant representation and off-market sales, successfully facilitating significant transactions, including the sales of the Pioneer Club, 225 Liege, 1001 Lenoir, and 2000 Boulevard Industriel in Chambly. His ability to navigate complex negotiations has further solidified his reputation in the industry.
