Mark Parmegiani is a Senior Associate and leads the Hospitality Division at Marcus & Millichap’s Toronto office.

Mark has over 10 years of experience in the real estate industry and has been instrumental in structuring various complex real estate transactions prior to joining Marcus & Millichap. His experience spans acquisitions of hospitality, investment, retail and mixed-used properties, as well as commercial leasing. His track record includes brokering deals on several of Toronto’s landmark properties, serving landlords, developers, investors, publicly-traded REITs, and, national restaurant brands.

Mr. Parmegiani holds a PMP certificate from the Project Management Institute and earned a Master’s degree from Carleton University.
