Michael is the Regional Manager for British Columbia and Alberta at Marcus & Millichap. Michael joined Marcus & Millichap in 2019 after his previous brokerage firm was strategically acquired to further strengthen Marcus & Millichap’s position in the increasingly dynamic British Columbia market.

Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Michael specialized in real estate investment sales and leasing at Form Real Estate Advisors. It was during this time that he learned the importance of strong leadership, specialization, and exceptional customer service.

As a broker, Michael was regarded for his versatility and unwavering commitment to his clients and team members. As a manager, he fosters a culture with a focus on team structure, collaboration, core skills development, and mentorship. Michael has established four anchoring traits of leadership that he believes are crucial in enabling him to advance the success of his team members and more importantly, their clients. He believes leaders must be: Honest, Direct, Engaged, and Consistent. Michael champions these traits within his offices and continues to raise the bar for his team members by setting an example for them to emulate.

Michael completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Guelph (Ontario, Canada) where he was a student-athlete as a member of the Varsity Hockey team.
