Nicholai Malinousky is an Associate at Marcus & Millichap, working alongside Alex Girling and Gareth Wintjes. As part of Marcus & Millichap’s industrial division, Nicholai combines strong market knowledge, financial analysis, and a hands-on approach to help clients identify opportunities and achieve their objectives. He is known for his responsiveness, clear communication, and commitment to delivering straightforward solutions to complex challenges.

Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Nicholai worked alongside a high-performing boutique land assembly team, gaining firsthand experience in land acquisition, financial analysis, and development feasibility. He worked with property owners throughout Metro Vancouver to assess redevelopment opportunities, analyze market conditions, and navigate changing planning policies. This foundation provided him with a strong understanding of value drivers, entitlement risk, and investment strategy, skills he now applies to advising industrial owners, occupiers, and investors.

Nicholai holds an Accelerated Diploma in Marketing Management, specializing in Professional Real Estate, from the British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT).
