Rob Walkowiak is the Managing Director, Market Leader for Marcus & Millichap’s Toronto and Ottawa offices, where he leads strategic growth and develops high‑performing commercial real estate teams.  He joined the firm in 2026, bringing his deep market expertise and leadership experience across brokerage management, investment sales, and client advisory.  Rob is a licensed real estate broker and level 2 mortgage agent in Ontario.

Rob is a graduate of the University of Guelph and Cornell University’s real estate program.
