Raised in a real estate family Roberto learned the business from his father, a broker with over 55 years of experience shaping his deep-rooted understanding of market trends and investment strategy from an early age.

He specializes in revenue properties, redevelopment projects, and commercial leasing. With academic backgrounds in Urban Planning and Political Science Roberto brings both strategic insight and practical expertise to every transaction.

Roberto began his career representing major industrial and retail landlords gaining in-depth knowledge of complex commercial deals. As both a landlord and a developer he offers a comprehensive perspective on property management, tenant relations, and construction.

In addition to his real estate expertise Roberto is a certified Live Roof green roofing installer reflecting his commitment to sustainability and eco-friendly building practices. His development work includes high-end condominium projects in Montreal’s Little Italy and his personal investment portfolio spans across Montreal and Florida, further demonstrating his long-term commitment and confidence in the market.
