Ryan Engel is a commercial real estate broker specializing in the leasing and sale of retail properties throughout the Lower Mainland. He joined Marcus & Millichap in 2026 to work alongside Jack Allpress and Robert Hamilton, and has quickly built a reputation for his outgoing, personable approach to client relationships.

Known for connecting easily with clients and building trust from the first conversation, Ryan brings an energetic, relationship-driven approach to every transaction. His work is grounded in a strong sense of accountability, respect, and professionalism. Prior to brokerage, Ryan played collegiate baseball at Everett Community College, where he developed the competitive drive and team-first mentality he now brings to serving his clients.

Outside the office, Ryan enjoys spending time outdoors, whether he’s out fishing or hiking.
